Final Walk through

The final walk-through is usually done five days before the close of escrow. The purpose of a final walk-though is to ensure that the condition of the property is the same or improved from the time you wrote the offer. Also, to confirm that if any repairs that may have been requested have been done.

Though, the final walk-through does not constitute the closing of escrow, it does help the buyer and seller determine if everything regarding the condition of the property has been completed.
